1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Meditation Music – Relax, Calm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms apply to your use of the app on both Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use this app.

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and the respective developer based on the platform you use.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Meditation Music – Relax, Calm for personal, non-commercial purposes on Android or iOS devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any of its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Transfer or sublicence your rights to any third party
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the app

Apple and Google are not parties to this licence; they are only third-party beneficiaries of these Terms on their respective platforms.

3. In-App Purchases

Meditation Music – Relax, Calm is free to download on both platforms.

Lifetime Purchase (Android only)

The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment — you will never be charged again. It is not an auto-renewable subscription and does not require cancellation.

• Access is tied to your Google account
• You can restore your lifetime access at any time using "Restore Purchases" in the app
• "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the app. If the app is discontinued, access will no longer be available

Billing (Android)

Purchases are processed directly through Google Play Billing — no third-party billing library is used. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's payment terms. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm any purchase. No charges are made without your explicit confirmation.

iOS (App Store)

The iOS version is free to download and use in full. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising. Nothing is billed to your Apple ID by this app.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with its refund policy. Visit the Google Play Help Centre or contact us at help.wellnesss@gmail.com for assistance. We are unable to issue refunds directly — all billing is managed by Google Play.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your previous purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option within the app. Ensure you are signed into the same Google account used for the original purchase.

4. Use Disclaimer

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the lifetime purchase, if any.

Apple and Google have no warranty obligation, liability, or responsibility whatsoever with respect to this app or these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to this app at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
