1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pranayama: Breathing Exercise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms apply to your use of the app on both Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use this app.

• Android version is developed and published by Spiritualize Me
• iOS version is developed and published by Amit Kumar Bhati

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and the respective developer based on the platform you use.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Pranayama: Breathing Exercise for personal, non-commercial purposes on Android or iOS devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any of its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Transfer or sublicence your rights to any third party
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the app

Apple and Google are not parties to this licence; they are only third-party beneficiaries of these Terms on their respective platforms.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Pranayama: Breathing Exercise is free to download. Optional premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Plans

The following auto-renewable subscription options are available:

Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm any purchase. No charges are made without your explicit confirmation.

Lifetime Purchase

The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment — you will never be charged again. It is not an auto-renewable subscription and does not require cancellation.

• Access is tied to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android)
• You can restore your lifetime access at any time using "Restore Purchases" in the app
• "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the app. If the app is discontinued, access will no longer be available

iOS (App Store) Billing

On iOS, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription management is handled via RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends
• To manage or cancel: Settings → [Your Name / Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then

Android (Google Play) Billing

On Android, purchases are processed directly by Google Play Billing — no third-party billing library is used. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's payment terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• To manage or cancel: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then

Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated before purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Refunds

• iOS: Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
• Android: Refund requests are handled by Google Play. Visit the Google Play Help Centre or contact us at help.wellnesss@gmail.com.
• We are unable to issue refunds directly — all billing is managed by Apple or Google on their respective platforms.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option within the app. Ensure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

4. Health Disclaimer

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new breathing, yoga, or wellness programme — especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, respiratory issues, cardiovascular conditions, or other health concerns.

Stop any breathing exercise immediately if you experience dizziness, shortness of breath, pain, or discomfort, and seek medical advice.

Spiritualize Me and Amit Kumar Bhati are not responsible for any injury or health issue arising from the use of this app.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use this app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Transmit any harmful, unlawful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app

6. Intellectual Property

All content within this app — including text, graphics, logos, audio, animations, illustrations, and software — is the exclusive property of Spiritualize Me / Amit Kumar Bhati or our licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, brand names, or logos without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• The content is accurate, complete, or up to date
• The app will meet your specific requirements

Your use of this app is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spiritualize Me and Amit Kumar Bhati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this app shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period.

Apple and Google have no warranty obligation, liability, or responsibility whatsoever with respect to this app or these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to this app at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app. Cancelling a subscription does not delete locally stored data — you can do that within the app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

For iOS users, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
